Sanchari uses Google Gemini, a third-party AI model, to generate personalised travel itineraries based on the preferences you provide. These itineraries are suggestions only — they do not constitute professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. We strongly recommend that you independently verify all details — including opening hours, entry fees, permit requirements, transport availability, and safety conditions — before undertaking any journey.
Sanchari is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated itineraries or for any losses, disruptions, or inconveniences that arise from acting on that content.
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Community posts are public and visible to all users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.
Sanchari reserves the right to remove any post or suspend any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Wander Store is currently in development. No products are available for purchase at this time, and no transactions can be made through the platform.
When the Wander Store launches, separate purchase terms, return policies, and payment conditions will apply and will be communicated clearly at that time.
The Sanchari name, logo, visual identity, and all original written content on this platform are the intellectual property of Sanchari and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
AI-generated itineraries are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content from Sanchari without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchari and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content, third-party service disruptions, data loss, or any harm incurred during travel planned using Sanchari.
We provide the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
